These are precision- cut vinyl decals.
There is no background.
The background is whatever you apply it to.
These are adhesive decals. They will stick to just about any clean smooth surface. (vehicles, walls, windows, mirrors, tablets, computers, etc.)

To Apply: Clean the surface and remove the backing from the decal. Place the decal on the desired clean surface, before removing transfer paper use a credit card type tool to adhere and smooth decal to surface then remove the transfer paper carefully to ensure that all small pieces have adhered.
