Thanks for info. Do you know what kind of virus? And have you tried resetting it back to factory settings? Sometimes that fixes it.

No I don't know what kind of virus And yes I've tried so many times to reset it but the only problem with this is the Google play store won't let you put an account for on it but who ever wins it can try to figure it out I'm sorry if I sound rude
