i got in a car wreck, and am just now getting back on listia, i posted a bunch of stuff before i was in the wreck. so i didnt get to send the stuff off everyone got there credits back and i will earn my sellers badge! soon enough

I understand it doesnt have a sim card with it but, does it require one that I can put in it?

no it does not have a sim card, if you have an at&t phone you can put urs in it, if not you can buy one from the at&t store for $20 or buy a cheap $10 go phone with one in it.

no there is no bill you have to have a sims card for it.and if you read the comments you would know why i have bad feed back i was in a car wreck over a year ago didnt get to ship the items out everybody got there credits back.and i forgot all about listia until last week...... I will Ship the items won.
