The listing, To Kill a Mockingbird (7-7-1) has ended.
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Published in 1960, won the Pulitzer Prize in 1961, later made into an Academy Award winning film, also a classic. It takes readers to the roots of human behavior--to innocence and experience, kindness and cruelty, love and hatred, humor and pathos. Harper Lee always considered her book to be a simple love story. Today it is regarded as a masterpiece of American literature. 376 page paperback. Book came in a large box of books from a public auction; as often happens, looks dug around in the box without care; it came out with a few corners mashed up and several small creases on both covers. No loose or missing pages; tight inside. Just not a really presentable book to be given as a gift. We normally don't list books in this condition, but we will this because of its reputation.
