This was my phone and I upgraded to a family plan and got a deal on 4 phones. This was the best phone I ever owned and everyone but the Apple Zombies think this is better that the IPhone. Its in perfect shape and already as a Zagg brand invisible shield screen protector with a lifetime warranty installed.!!

I believe the seller clarified already about the esn being clear. However, even if the bill wasnt paid, you can still flash this phone to another carrier seeing how its CDMA. You can put it on Verizon, Boost, US Cellular, Metro, VM, etc etc. Ive flashed a few of these to Boost Mobile, which is what im going to do with this if I win, so it doesnt matter to me if the ESN is bad or not, im not a Sprint customer anyways. :)

Does it have a clean ESN? Meaning, was the final bill paid when you turned off the phone? If not, it wont be usuable.

Very nice listing. Excited to see another one of these listed. Ive only seen one other, and that was brand new, never used, in the box and it went for 45k. This is a top 3 for the HTC line of phones. Im gonna bid to win, although i doubt ill win. If I dont win, im going down swinging thats for sure!

I do have a data cable/ charger, different size microsd cards and an additional screen protector that I will be adding as bonuses when the autction reaches a certain level. Difficult thing about these long auctions is that you get alot of watchers, but no bidding till last day.

yes..... as i stated in the description, I upgraded and added lines. I still have same account. Ive been with Sprint about 3 years. I highly recommend activating on their unlimited data plans. For those of you who havent had a smart phone like this, they can use up data quickly.

Awesome phone, wish the Sprint coverage out here was more than practically non-existent. Voice coverage is ok, but the data speeds were around 105k/sec.

WAY better than Iphone!! 99% of apps are free and there are a ton of those!! I have this and love it. I am getting hubby one for Christmas.!! Sprint plans are all inclusive and a very good deal. Much better pricing for the service and better customer service than AT&T.. I can't stand them!
