FREE: Girl with umbrella musical figurine- vintage

I don't know much about this musical girl figurine, I bought her at a antique store. I know it's pretty old, there are no markings on it that I can see, a small japan sticker on bottom, the bottom is/was covered in green felt but apparently came loose, I don't know if it had green felt on bottom when new or not, the felt was loose when I purchased it, the music plays I think raindrops keep falling on my head but plays slowly, turn base to wind, on the music part inside it has "Sonkyo" or something like that written on it. It is approx 6" tall and across the bottom of base it measures 4" X 4". I'm moving this month and need to downsize a little. Thank you for looking. Have a great day!!
