Yes I have. You have to get yourself in the right frame of mind to use it. The color intuition has helped me lower my blood pressure, I can see the colors in my mind that are soothing and it helps me relax, although I also use a nature sound track playing in the background. It doesn't make you a 'Guru" but it helps you spot things that are out of place with a person. Personally I enjoy stuff like this and use this and several other methods to ease everyday stress. I gave five to friends last year for Christmas. Three have completed the lessons and liked it, the others droped it saying they didn't have time.
