Handmade wire words in "parrot green", which is a rich lime green. For scrapbooking or to slip behind the glass of a framed photo. You receive the word and numerals: Christmas 2011, plus 3 flourishes. Please check the photos for sizes.

I leave long ends on wire words and flourishes, so they can be poked through the paper and bent flat against the backside. I tape this back wire piece to further secure it, then cover it with a square of matching paper for a neat finish.

However, I will also include 1" pieces of the same color wire which are bent into a small hairpin shape. You can use a pin to poke a hole close to either side of the wire, then push the "hairpin" through to anchor it down, bending the "hairpin" flat on the reverse side. Again I like to secure it back there and cover it for a neat finish.

Another look can be achieved separately with the flourishes by pounding them flat with a rubber mallet.
