All colors are in Excellent New Condition (Beautiful Shimmery), Except 1 colors cracked (as pictured), missing brush but still Useable.

What brand is this and will you accept responsibility if more damage occurs during shipment? Once an eye shadow is cracked most likely the others will go too. I would want to make sure this would be shipped in a box and bubble wrapped appropriately. Watching & bidding.

A smudger brush like the MAC 239 a flat shadow brush is what I need that holds a lot of color.
