VHS tapes for people who still collect them or want them for their children. Sometimes you can find VHS tapes that are not available for dvd. If I had children, I would be saving a lot of movies that were my favorite, for them.

@Toudroot81 the reason that you get outbid is because the number of credits the auctions is at is not necessarily the bidder's maximum bid. Example: Let's say there an auction I bid, on. The bid is at 10 credits. My maximum number of credits that I would be willing to spend on that auction is 100 credits. I put 100 credits in, the auction goes up to 25 credits. You come along and bid 75 credits, with my high bid being 100 credits, you still won't be the high bidder because my maximum is 100. Hope this made since! Yet another amazing auction from Bioshock!

well even though you put a high # in doesn't mean you have to bid that high...when people put their bid in they put the highest they would go but it doesn't go that high unless someone over bids their HIGHEST bid. So you would have to enter in the HIGHEST you would go into the bid...and the next number will come up...try it and tell me if you still can't do it.

Hey I did what you said to try and I won an auction but didn;t have to pay all I had bid. Now I know what to do. I bid on some vhs tapes and was high bidder but somebody got me in the last 10 seconds and I lost.

Ahhhh how annoying...all you have to do is really watch it in the last 2 mins and just stare at the screen and refresh it every 10 seconds or so and keep bidding so you could win...so far I have only won 2 auctions lol and one of them I probably won't even get ! haha
