This is a limited edition fine china porcelain collectible plate. This is the second plate in the Beauty and Beast collection by Edwin M. Knowles China Company and The Walt Disney Company made in 1993 sold through BRADEX (Bradford Exchange). I have a bunch of these limited edition porcelain Disney plates that I've had since I was a baby. This plate in 7.5" in diameter. It has a tiny scratch as shown in picture but its very small and does not take away from thr plate whatsoever. This plate is a collectible and NOT for eating! It says it some rare pigments used for the color may be toxic.
