Im sorry, I don't think they would, my daughter is going on 9 months and they are kind of snug, but she is big for her age .

I think these sandals may fit a baby who is newborn all the way up to maybe 6 months. If it helps anyone on size. The sandals also have a stretchy strap in the back where the heel is. The bottom at sole is close to 4 1/2 inches.
