Are these like forever hoops or to stretch your earlobes?

The bead pops off either side holding it, it does not screw in on either side, thus the hoop openings have a slightly minuscule thickness to hold the bead. You could stretch your earlobe with it, but I wouldn't suggest it. I have, however, contemplated using them for my ears (I have a set set aside for myself) and I'd get an 18g needle to do that to guide the beaded hoop into the ear hole (piercing). I hope that answers your answer your question, plus ask me any other questions. I'd hate for you to B&W these and them they're not useful to you. Thank you.

As with the ears, same goes for nose, septum or nipple. BB, I wouldn't advise.
