we can usually do a full name - single name though - not full name. So basically one word is included in the "price".

I try not to "limit" letters although there is a limit. We always try to do the full name when possible - but think of it this way.... if I have 4-5" of space to place a name - then a name with 15 letters will be markedly smaller than a name with 4 or 6 letters. If you can be specific I can perhaps answer more intelligently.
