It is a wonderful book. You take the information you need. It has been so beneficial to my kids between growing pains and my son's bone disease.

I have a spinal cord injury and have been in a chair for 32 yrs. My arms, neck and back are riddled with knots from pushing my wheelchair for so long, I wish someone would buy that for me and use the techniques in it on me. LOL

I understand my father and step mom are both in wheelchairs. They are always tied in knots. The ones that I favored were the face and the hands. I love working on them because you carry a lot of tension in them because they are always used. I did use the leg massages on my son because he has a bone disease and needs a wheelchair at times. .

I received the other College Level Books but this one looks a little easier..hope to firgure out the technique. About the only excercise I feel safe doing is hot wraps since I've seen how thats done..Does the heat help anybody else, my husband loves it when I wet a towel and zap it in the microwave for a minute until I got it too hot and burnt the towel...bad as burning water LOL

Yes this book is user friendly. I would not call it college level. LOL It is my kind of book LOTS OF PICTURES!!!!!!! Heat does work good to loosen up the muscles. Don't forget after a massage to soak in epsom salt or your will feel bad in the morning.
