This type of Yoga can be done by ANYONE. It is what many call "restoritive yoga" and after 9 surgeries all on my abdomen even I was able to do it. It did more to get me limber and moving again than 1000 physical therapy sessions would ever do. It is so gentle and great at teaching you breath control. What an excellent auction, my friend!
