Yes,...the speaker can be paired with a Bluetooth compatible laptop,...I have paired it to my laptop and it works great.

Marlboro sent me 2 speakers, and both were broken. The power button didn't work, sounded like it broke off because something was loose inside shaking. Does this one charge and power on??? I'd love to have one!
