I bought it for my Cocker Spaniel. It is bigger than what would fit a Yorkie or a Chihuahua - it may fit a Boston Terrier - I would think so.

If you have purchased other dog clothes for it and small fit, then yes, but if X-Small is what you buy, then this would be big.
