Was that statement a joking way to urge members along at starting to bid early or am i missing something ?
always interested in learning new things for my own auctions, if answer was yes did it work ,if answer is no was it you wanted members to wait so you could have chance to raise or lower ?
i'm so used to seeing friends Posting F Book posts saying stuff like "only 99% of my friends will have gits to post this ' or if you have the guts to post this ,if not ill know who my friends are " and of course it always works but i'd posted anyway simply for them asking me to do it for them ,the same goes here on listia for me , i like to help my listia neighbors ,
well i'm sure im not the only one willing to be helpful , ,Everyone expects to pay more than starting bid bidding BUT I Just was told by member lower bids better chance getting more bids = better chance you'll be featured = more members will see your auction, i just learned that yesterday My Word only mention in hope it is helpful Maybe you know that already ,Maybe i'd never known if they didn't share so in case you didn't i shared ,thats all , Best of luck !! hi, i thank you for being so kind and agree with all you said, i however stopped after someone got mad once i stopped being the 1st bidder if there is no GIN Because as long as there are no bids someone can still request a GIN Be added otherwise your right i do that too, i leave a "watching bid" then return later to add my high bid ,its so i dont appear to be a SNIPER , The new members hget insulted not understanding and think a low bid is an insult and i could keep adding more ways more examples but i wont bore you especially when we already agree, As for those others who it seems no way to please them i wouldn't waste my time , they probably still wouldn't get it, except new comers, sometimes ill take my time to explain to them whats happening and how bids work
your right too some not bidding thinking the bid will stay low,thats rather greedy ,not all but most are when thats their reasoning , One reason i stopped bidding UNLESS I Knew i could win it is i was attempting to get a badge ,the one for pretecting your bidsmeaning out bidding every time someone out bids me, BUT I Gave up trying, i won every auction i bid on ,protected my bid as they say a whole bunch times and to this day i just cant seem to win that badge,lol, Listias got a lot of gimmicks,lol i love listia thou,, Thanks again getting bk to me BEST OF LUCK !
