I L♥VE Phantom of the Opera!!! All 16 or so versions of it! lol I got all excited until I saw it was VHS....Haven't had a VHS player in about 10 years now. So, now I'm sad and it's all your fault. ;) lol j/k Good luck with your listing! It's a WONDERFUL adaptation! ^_^

So sorry I did not have the one you wanted. I have myself backed up with 6 VCR's as I have so many tapes. I also had the good fortune to learn how to repair them about 20 years ago so that helped also.

No worries! It would be nice to find all of the various adaptations of Phantom on DVD/BD and just have the whole collection. That's pretty cool that you can repair them. I have loads of vintage VHS tapes out in storage still, but no clue if any of them still work and no way to test them...or the foggiest idea of how to repair them if they don't work. lol

The biggest threat to tapes is heat, cold & mold. Once damaged this way they cannot be repaired. But broken cases are easy after the first couple. All you need is another case from an old tape that does not matter to you. If this is the case, then P.M. me here anytime and I can lead you through it. Splicing broken tapes can be done but it's a bit harder.
