If it was a Pepsi stain then yes it would. However, Its just glue from another sticker I presume. The laptop was not damaged from any liquid, the hard drive crashed and give me a blue screen. All circuits, pins, and components are intact, clean, and worked before I removed the cards and other things. All errors on the screen were related to memory dump and hard drive failure.

RustyMilk, the card came out of a laptop. I would suggest checking online for compatability with your current hardware setup.
