Hi there! This is a used Mannheim Steamroller Christmas music cassette by Chip Davis. It's called: "A Fresh Aire Christmas" and it is a used tape. I ended up with two somehow, so giving one away! I think it was released in 2005. The case and tape are somewhat scuffed. I am including several pictures so you can hopefully (with my photography!) judge for yourself. The songs on this modern instrumental-type (I think much of the album is done by synthesizer as I remember) holiday album are:
