What do you mean by every cent covered in spots? Are all these coins you're auctioning covered in spots? I'll bid either way, I was just wondering what you were referring too

black spots, i am not sure what caused the spots. had to have been from the mints, i know some had brown spots as well..but these i have been listing here have no to very little of these spots.
