you could go smaller too, its adjustable, it would totally fit a little pom or bichon as well as larger breeds

lol it would be funny to put on a cat. But they dont normally bark.. I would love to have one of these for My pit All he does is bark all night.

I bought this last summer for my daschund, and it zapped him once and he hasnt had a problem since...when he starts barking i just say "collar" and he is quiet! this definetely works!

that's how my lab was with invisible fence, after she knew the boundaries she never needed the collar. they learn fast. the only time she barks though is when she should be barking so i never needed the bark collar.
