The listing, Men's VENEZIA 2 tone Chrono Watch has ended.

Men's Venezia two tone chronograph watch.
NIB Never worn with 10 year warranty. Watch runs and keeps perfect time. It will be shipped with the crown stem pulled out to save battery (not removed from watch, just pulled to date setting so it will not run).

You will just need to set date and time, push stem in and be on your way. It does have adjustable links, so you can remove to fit your wrist.

Do the three small dials work or are they there for looks?

I thought one was for the date the other for seconds and no clue about the third. After closer inspection, it appears they do nothing. I am not a watch expert, and I could be wrong, as I have said in other replies, this was a gift, i don't wear metal band watches and it is too big for my wrist.
