Material: 100% Cotton
Color: Aqua Blue
This is a brand new with tags, beautiful aqua blue top. It is 100% cotton so I am not sure if it will shrink when washed, however most Bobbie Brooks clothes are pre-shrunk. It does not say pre-shrunk so just being honest!
Shipping is $2.50 regular Mail or $5.20 Priority. I prefer PayPal, but will accept other methods. If you win just let me know your choice of shipping and payment.

I guess it would depend on your height, The measurement from shoulder seam to hem is 28"
