I really dont know what this is for. I'm thinking it is just for a simple strap belt or to hold a scarf at the neckline?
A pegasus unicorn horse.
Gold tone metal with the pattern of the unicorn filled with melted glass or enamel.
Hard to get a nice pic of it. It is in great condtion.
2 inches across, with brackets in back.
If anything it could be used in an art project.

its a bola , its what the western people wear in place of a neck tye ,which usualy dangles some what with a stif ps of braded black wrop around the neck
