FREE: Sunpak Auto 355AF Thyristor Camera Flash

Purchased in 2002; was never really very happy with it. It stopped working for me altogether & I have no idea why. (I will admit that I've never really figured out how to use it properly, either.) I used it on a Canon Rebel G film camera. I was told by a pro that the contacts on the flash don't exactly line up with the contacts on the camera and it ruined the camera contacts, making it impossible for me to continue to use a flash on the camera. I don't know if the same thing applies to the flash itself.

It takes 4 AA batteries, not included. Please keep in mind that as far as I know, THIS DOES NOT WORK. It does not turn on when fresh batteries are installed. Even if it did, I will not use anything but genuine Canon accessories on my current Digital Canon.
