Its about 18inches long. The pendant on it may be an inch or so. This necklace is made of Real Hematite Stones, but I can not make any medical claims, as I am not a doctor. Listia is very strict on stuff like that, so its just listed as fashion necklace. Great questions tho!

Good on the size. I understand that you are not a doctor. I was just wondering if the package it came in says anything about helping with "arthritis, carpal tunnel" etc. If it doesn't have a package, could you go to my page and look at the 2 braclettes I won a couple of weeks ago and see if it may be similar.
