I do not think it is, the wrapper states that is it smudge-free and paraben-free

Oh good, is it waterproof? I have not used this particular mascara of theirs so I am not familar with it.

No it's not waterproof. The formula is really nice, it doesn't clump up or flake off and give you raccoon eyes
