Official First Day of Issue Envelopes

Very nice set of 2 Change of Rate Postage "D" issue envelopes from 1985. One has the stamp and one has an embossed stamp.

Both issued Feb 1st 1985.

MINT to NEAR MINT condition.

IMPORTANT - envelope DOES have name and address on it, but has been edited out for posting photos online. You can always white it out, or leave it there. It doesn't effect value, since all first day issues are "sent" to you.
