also like myself are worried it wont arrive before christmas. or lets face it at all . kinda have to restore the faith, i get tracking on everything over a thousand .its only 70 cents more so they can track and my auctions usually take 3 days on average to ship anywhere i think the longest shipment is canada it takes 5 days

peopel are skeptical because of post office delivery issues on all the neg you have perhaps good faith and a few positive shipping expieriences on high credit auctions will get your rating back up :)

yea and ill explain to u in front of these bidders to sense i send u a message nobody is going to have honest bidder sometimes they lie i guess i have to0 start using confirmation more often but somtimes i just send it with postal stamps since i dont always have money and its somthing of low value

Sorry about your customer issues, I am pretty sure if you have Delivery Confirmation numbers listia will remove those bad feedbacks.
Though it may take some time to complete the process all you'll need to do is open a case and provide them with the mailing information and once they review it to be sure all information is true they will remove your negative feedback and possibly reset your feedback for the buyer as well so that you can return the negative favor.
