i am honestly not sure, I know the inside has 2 plastic tabs dividers, that have many tabs for separating and organizing the coupons

its approx 8 1/3 by 4 1/2 inches,.. yes would fit nicely in a purse :) good luck!

Wow, that looks nice! Great gift for a beginner.. unfortunately I have a 3" -3 ring binder for my coupons so this is a bit too small for me. LOL
I wish mine where this pretty though!

I may have to bid on this anyway. I think I can use it for the coupons I will be using for a shopping trip. And use the dividers to put coupons after the item is added to my cart.
