This new IOGEAR mouse uses VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) as the light source, which provides 28x more tracking power than mice using an optical sensor. VCSEL allows the mouse to work on virtually any surface and provides an extremely high resolution of 1600dpi, substantially reducing the amount of injury-producing hand and arm movement. IOGEAR's Wireless Laser Mouse is USB ready, Plug-n-Play, and Hot Pluggable. It provides a 6 feet (2 meter) wireless range.

This is a really great mouse. I It looks and acts brand new due to the fact it really pretty much is. I just prefer my other ;aser gaming mouse better due to the fact it has one additional button on it that I use.

It is a little smaller then a big full size model. They call it notebook size but I think it is a little bigger then that.

I do not play a lot of MMORPG I do mostly FPS games. But it is extremely accurate and responsive, in fact I had to turn down the sensitivity in the mouse control panel due to the fact is was moving quicker then I could respond to. This is the main reason I am not keeping it.

I don't know why they only gave it three stars. It is comparable to my OCZ gaming mouse, it just does not have the DPI change button on it. Plus my OCZ goes up to 2400 DPI.
