well on my first auction i sent the item and the person said that they never received it and filed a dispute and got away with it. if have any more questions please ask

always send with delivery confirmation it only costs 70 cents and it gives a tracking number you can put in listia before clicking sent item then you can prove it got to the buyer and listia will rule in your favor as long as it says it was definatly delivered :-)

my wife had to deal with that too someone won an item from hers and never sent the address either. if he had gotten negative feedback we would see it, as long as he uses delivery confirmation like i suggested above he wont have anymore problems with the people trying to claim they did not get the items because he will have proof that they did get them. i believe in second chances. heck our credits are protected by listia if it is not a valid item or auction then we get our credits back anyway. so why complain. :-)
