YES! This is for both NOT teired. Thankyou for asking I've found it is easyier to mail to two together they fit perfectly in to a med size yellow bubble envelope that way .

Mine two I know they are for 3 and up but the hot wheels dont come apart like the cheap ones. And mine loves Elmo too. Good Luck!

Sorry I can not promise by christmas that is why I did not list as stocking stuffers, auction does not end untit after the post office is closed here wed.night so the soonest I can mail them is thursday morning. some I sent to nev. took 7 days and to nj only 3 days. so it is really hard to tell for sure. Thank you for your intrest .
