5) I usually ship by USPS or UPS depending on my financial situation, but either way will include tracking..

Now up for auction is a non fiction self help weight loss program book by Dr Dean Ornish.. I have tried this program but it doesn't work for me personally but it might for yourself or someone you know.. It does include recipes & nutritional information as well.. It's roughly 500 pages give or take..

Sorry for the slight damage.. Bought this at an estate sale about 6 months or so ago..
