I purchased this here on listia. the seller stated it was new but when i opened it there were things missing and used...besides all that.. i am relisting it for you all today because i have a heart condition and it states in the instructions not to use. so please do not bid if you have a heart condition because it is not recommended you use this product!

the pen itself works and the remaing pads and conductive gel are in the original packaging.
