I know for a fact that you can use this with any computer, as long as your computer is running Windows 2000 or above. I don't think Win98 will support it. And it would help to have USB 2.0 Ports. 1.1 will be too slow to stream online.

it can be used with any computer as long as it has a usb port. it has nothing to do with what system you are running

Well, I was just saying that if your USB ports are 1.1, which is the really old technology, you won't be able to stream online. it will be too pixelated.

it does not have instructions. you plug the usb plug in and the computer picks something up and it works. never had to download anything. yes it turns
