So are you starting with one stamp to the highest bidder no matter what the bid, or is it starting with 10 stamps to the highest bidder no matter what the bid?

It starts with one. then when the bids reach 101 it will become 2 and so on.

Ok so I have decided that if the bids go over 2000 I will add 5 more stamps so it will be 15 total instead of 10 and they are all forever stamps
