19th century Tintype of someone's dear mother/grandmother. She's a stern looking woman but man could she make some shine. This lady looks like she could've been the inspiration for the painting American Gothic. Adopt her, give her a name and give her a story. This is a genuine Ferrotype photograph from the 1800's. This form of photographic medium was popular during the Civil War and stayed in use into the early 20th century. FREE SHIPPING IN THE U.S.
