Size Medium, they have an elastic waist, so measurements won't do much good but they are 14 inches across. I have them pinned so you can see how wide the legs are.

Great news. I, too, am 5' 2" and also hate when almost all pants are made for long legged gals. NEWS FLASH. Short girls need pants too! Lol. Definitely like these.
