Ok I did some checking...Shipping to Puerto Rico or any other US territory via USPS is Domestic, not International. The only difference between sending packages to the continental US and the US territories is the cost. Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL consider it international shipping and it is much more expensive. I would be willing to send it USPS for you as a learning experience for myself. I would like to be able to compare any price difference and if it is affordable for me I will continue to send free shipping to US territories.

Puerto Rico is not a US state, I'm sorry. If you would like to pay for shipping I can find out the cost, but I cannot afford to send it outside of the states.
