I ship items so that they will reach you intact and not damaged, 8 full sized Bath and Body works items are not going to fit in a padded flat rate envelope and i am a power seller from another venue, so while I enjoy your input I think you should rethink the dimensions...

wow! lol i thought the same thing but in my history which is long with Listia I have never gotten such feedback, I post mostly free shipping offers this was a large heavy order and it is not an inordinate amount charged, it is in compliance with TOS on the site, and no one noticed that I would be including most likely other items? How do 8 items full size weighing what they do fit and safely ship on the heaviest week of the year!? .. thanks for your comments I was ready to quit Listia yesterday, blocked many members.. the old adage if you can't say something nice? fanned! I feel your pain about being bullied about shipping costs. I'm just a stay at home mom that lists things here and there and I charge 2-4 for shipping, so I still pay at least half of all shipping. but still they complain...... ehh, everyone wants something for free, but meanwhile I pay 8 bucks shipping for one shirt! keep your head up, your probably dealing with those used to getting their deals at Wal-Mart.

I am asking all viewers to minimize their comments please. If I could cancel this auction I would I don't have time nor do I care to indulge in negativity. I am now really under the impression that there is a campaign against those who actually ask for shipping and handling as the site allows and fully outlines for Sellers the terms of service on the site - I will not be "bullied". 58 year old Seller here working 18 hours a day.. Where is the term you must bid on this auction available? It's not. Move on to free shipping offers only the site's search mechanism gives you many choices.. There are really really wonderful people on the site as they have demonstrated in the comments on my listing and there are some that have time to be on this site all day long and most likely have commented negatively on other auctions as well, that's why they have a "flag" mechanism.. flag it if it is against "TOS". I am new to listia and frankly I am shocked at all the complaints I see on auctions that ask for shipping! First of all, if you don't want to pay any shipping costs you have the option to search for free shipping only. Second of all, being involved with another auction site, this shipping is very fair. And third of all, my gosh people! How could you possibly complain about paying $16 for this auction?! I think it is an amazing deal! Like I said, I'm new, so I don't have many credits yet. If I did, I would definitely bid! I will definitely be your fan and hope to see many more auctions from you in the future! One last thing, check the feedback. Do you all really want to run off a seller you can trust?!

I am a seller in five other venues, I've actually never experience this. If this is the barometer - measuring stick I may seriously consider leaving Listia. I've done so many free shipping offers here and offered with the exception of twice new authentic retail items sometimes exceeding $75.00 with zero starting credits and 3 days to make it quick for the bidder to receive, shipping next business day with free samples and delivery confs always.. I'm seriously stumped. (Do people have too much time on their hands?) I don't fight, I don't participate in negativity....Actually the White Tea and Ginger items are discontinued scents so they actually make me more money offered elsewhere ...C'est la vie 'eh?

Yes , shipping is high when you have to pay it out of pocket. It gets real expensive, and really I cant afford to pay for shipping because I ship my stuff for free. Alot of people dont even look at stuff that they have to pay shipping on. I sure wish I could ask for money to ship my stuff out, but the credits I get are worth the free shipping. I sent something like this to a family member, actually it was 6 products. I had to repack it into a large from a medium because they said I hadn't used enuf filler to make sure nothing dripped so I agree with ur pricing. It's ur auction and you send the way you think is best...anyway..I am watching your auctions all the time because they're awesome! That goes for this one as well!

I don't think it's pricey for shipping. What does a medium rate box cost from the post office, $12 or $13? And if she doesn't use a medium rate box and just uses a regular box she may own, you have to remember that all of these bottles weigh a LOT since they're regular sized bottles.

Thanks for noticing and responding.. On top of that if you don't know how much wrapping goes into wrapping a liquid which can cause us a $50,000.00 fine! (no exaggeration.. our charges are shipping AND handling.. wrapping any antibac from BBW is a job and a half as they have heavy spillage problems..
