potatoes cook perfectly in the microwave just like oven baked but with fork-tender skin.

these bags are made with 100% cotton outer material, lining and batting. they will perform beautifully in the microwave with a little care and attention. the design is a pouch with an envelope closure which is the secret to it’s success. once the vegetables are inside the bag, the steam from microwaving trapped inside helps cook them.

these bags are approximately 8” x 8” and will hold 2 large baking potatoes or 4 medium potatoes. they also do well as pot holders and hot pads.

to use the microwave potato bags, you simply:

wash the potato or vegetable, wrap in a paper towel, place in the potato bag and microwave for as long as your microwave recommends.

a card with detailed use instructions will be included with the potato bag.
the bag should not hang over the edge of the turntable to keep the bag from getting caught and not turning.

bag does not need to be washed after each use unless it is dirty. if washing is necessary, just wash like any hot pad that you have in your kitchen, air dry.
