OE system builder OmniTech (MPC) company - use as a system restore disc on their PC's or as a stand alone install disc for XPpro on ANY PC. Does not come with install key - also this is the 1st version of XP so NO SP's included - I would install SP3 for sure (download from Microsoft) AS always, it's FREE so happy bidding and good luck

It's a restore CD for a OmniTech System. Which means it's like a Dell Restore CD. Only for those systems.

No, it will work on NAY pc so long as you have an XP COA/key - I use these all the time. The Dell Cd's will work on any pc as well..... In fact my master copies of install discs I use ay my shop are all Dell cd's...... I've been doing this for over 15 years

hmm I prefer OEM CD's myself rather than those dell and other restore. Some come with Bloatware and the OEM are just the OS. Sorry about the assumption.

Dont get me wrong, I prefer OE discs as well.... but I use many different ones
