depending on the line they go through yes.this is the OPI line. Shellac is usually through CND or another line. This just alone wont gel your nails though. Youve also got to have the base coat top coat and sealer for it to work properly

well i meant gel nails and if you can will you see pink on the gel nails or the light can shine half of the pink

Its a pale shiny pink. if its not shiny enough when im done ill put an essie or nail envy top coat on it.
