comes with everything it came with originally charger then a piece that plugs in to that you can put in a usb driver or if you dont have wifi you can hook up ethernet cable

that's what I think is the problem it's kind of pushed in I don't think it's getting a good connection, I think it can be fixed by a person with the know how
