Rooted Means Super User rights are Unlocked Certain android apps can only be installed if you have your phone rooted. To have root access on a linux based system such as android means you have the equivalent access of Administrator on a Windows based computer. You will have unrestricted full access to nearly all aspects of the android system stack.

Phone does have cracks on screen. Cracks are not deep and screen is still fully functional and smooth: cant feel cracks, plus cracks are not noticeable when screen is active. Phone has this is in the top description!!!!!!!!! it has small cracks that you cannot see when its on im his wife and i couldnt see them till he pointed it out it does not effect the touch screen at all
