I have an LG lotus im getting rid off it works great has small scrateches on caseing nothing bad like i said it works great i just switched to a different wireless company it has the charger the origanal box and the manual

Is it a smartphone and ddoes it need a data plan?

i dont kno if its a smart phone but its bluetooth and u can do anything from email to shopping to buying things on there so maybe it is i would guess u would need a datatplan

i think so im not totaly sure i was on the net with it it played you tube vids and could browse the inernet so maybe it is i kno it has blue tooth i got the user guid u can watch stuff and buy things on it like if u went shopping on line so my guess is it is it has navigation on it so it probably does need a data plan
